Giovanni Cesare Pagazzi, known as don Cesare (born 8 June 1965) is an Italian academic and Catholic prelate who was secretary of the Dicastery for Culture and Education, part of the Roman Curia, from September 2022 to March 2025, when he was appointed Archivist and Librarian of the Holy Roman Church.
