Max Scheler (Múnich, 22 de agosto de 1874-Fráncfort del Meno, 19 de mayo de 1928) fue un filósofo alemán conocido por sus trabajos sobre fenomenología, ética y antropología filosófica. Considerado en vida uno de los filósofos alemanes más destacados,​ Scheler desarrolló el método filosófico de Edmund Husserl, fundador de la fenomenología.
