Luka Dončić ( DON-chich; Slovene: [ˈlùːka ˈdòːntʃitʃ]; born 28 February 1999) is a Slovenian professional basketball player for the Dallas Mavericks of the National Basketball Association (NBA). Nicknamed “Luka Magic”, he also plays for the Slovenia national team and is regarded as one of the greatest European players of all time.
