Maximilian Kleber (prounounced KLEE-buh) (born 29 January 1992) is a German professional basketball player for the Los Angeles Lakers of the National Basketball Association (NBA). He spent the first 7 years of his career playing in Germany and Spain before joining the Dallas Mavericks in 2017, with whom he would play for until getting traded to the Lakers in 2025 as part of the controversial trade that sent Luka Dončić to the Lakers and Anthony Davis to the Mavericks.
