Cláudio André Mergen Taffarel (Brazilian Portuguese: [ˈklawdʒu tafaˈɾɛw]; born 8 May 1966) is a Brazilian former professional footballer who played as a goalkeeper. He is the current goalkeeping coach of both Premier League club Liverpool, and the Brazil national team. Taffarel began his senior career in 1985 with Internacional in his native Brazil and then played in Parma, Reggiana, Atlético Mineiro and Galatasaray. Read more on Wikipedia
