Brooks Koepka ( KEP-kə; born May 3, 1990) is an American professional golfer. Koepka began his career on the European Tour where he won the 2014 Turkish Airlines Open and earned European Tour Rookie of the Year honors. The following year, Koepka joined the PGA Tour and won his first PGA Tour event, the 2015 Phoenix Open. He won his first major championship two years later at the 2017 U.S. Open.
