Benjamin List (Frankfurt am Main, 11 januari 1968) is een Duits scheikundige, een van de directeuren is van het Max-Planck-Institut für Kohlenforschung en hoogleraar organische chemie aan de Universiteit van Keulen. Hij is mede-ontwikkelaar van de organokatalyse, een methode om chemische reacties te versnellen en efficiënter te maken.
