Arthur Nebe (Berlijn, 13 november 1894 – aldaar, 3 maart 1945) was ten tijde van het Derde Rijk chef van de Kriminalpolizei en generaal in de SS. In 1941 voerde hij het bevel over Einsatzgruppe B aan het Oostfront.
