Shahu I (Shivaji Sambhaji Raje Bhosale; Marathi pronunciation: [ʃaːɦuː]; 18 May 1682 – 15 December 1749) was the fifth Chhatrapati of the Maratha Empire founded by his grandfather, Shivaji I.
