Aleksandr Alekseyevich Moiseyev (Russian: Александр Алексеевич Моисеев; born 16 April 1962) is a Russian admiral who is currently the Commander-in-Chief of the Russian Navy since 2024. He is an Admiral as of 2020, and was awarded the title Hero of the Russian Federation in 2011. In 2018 he took command of the Black Sea Fleet, and oversaw a period of expansion within the fleet.
