1. Chanoch Nissany (b. 1963)

With an HPI of 48.17, Chanoch Nissany is the most famous Israeli Racing Driver.  His biography has been translated into 18 different languages on wikipedia.

Chanoch Nissany (Hebrew: חנוך ניסני; born 29 July 1963) is an Israeli-Hungarian real estate developer and auto racing driver. Nissany is the first Israeli racing driver to compete in some of the higher levels of the international racing sports, such as International Formula 3000 and World Series Lights. He is also the first Israeli who participated at a Formula One Grand Prix weekend, on his birthday, 29 July 2005, in the first free practice session of the 2005 Hungarian Grand Prix, when he drove at the Hungaroring as one of the official test drivers of the Minardi F1 Team. He was 6.8 seconds slower than teammate Christijan Albers in free practice at the event. After spinning the car, he was unable to take the steering wheel out of his Minardi so he was recovered with the car. Nissany is the main investor in the Balaton Park Circuit, a motorsports venue opened in 2023. His son, Roy Nissany, is also a racing driver.

2. Robert Shwartzman (b. 1999)

With an HPI of 43.68, Robert Shwartzman is the 2nd most famous Israeli Racing Driver.  His biography has been translated into 21 different languages.

Robert Mikhailovich Shwartzman (Russian: Ро́берт Миха́йлович Шва́рцман, pronounced [ˈrobʲɪrt mʲɪˈxajləvʲɪtɕ ˈʂvartsmən]; Hebrew: רוברט מיכאילוביץ' שוורצמן; born 16 September 1999) is a Russian and Israeli racing driver, who is contracted to compete in the IndyCar Series for Prema and serves as a reserve driver in Formula One for Ferrari. Shwartzman previously competed in the FIA Formula 2 Championship in 2020 and 2021 where he finished 4th and 2nd respectively. He was a member of the Ferrari Driver Academy, and is the 2018 Toyota Racing Series and 2019 FIA Formula 3 champion.
