1. Azizulhasni Awang (b. 1988)

With an HPI of 40.94, Azizulhasni Awang is the most famous Malaysian Cyclist.  His biography has been translated into 26 different languages on wikipedia.

Dato' Muhammad Azizulhasni Awang (born 5 January 1988) is a Malaysian professional track cyclist based in Melbourne, Australia. Nicknamed "The Pocket Rocketman" due to his small stature, he was the first and only Malaysian cyclist to win a medal at the Summer Olympics. He also became the first Malaysian to have competed in the Olympics five times. Azizulhasni was Team Malaysia's national flag bearer at the 2008 Summer Olympics Parade of Nations. He won his first World Championship medal in 2009, a silver medal in the individual sprint. His debut Olympic medal came at the 2016 Summer Olympics, where he won a bronze in the individual keirin. In the 2020 Tokyo Olympics, he won a silver medal in the same category of individual keirin. In 2017, he won his first World Championship title in the keirin, and became the first Malaysian to ever wear the coveted rainbow jersey. Competing at the 2024 Paris Olympics in the Men's keirin qualifier, he was disqualified for cycling ahead of the derny motorbike used as a pacer before it left the track. National track head coach John Beasley called it a monumental mistake, and said: "The rule is clear and we were more than one length in front and it didn't give me any room to argue about it.

2. Alex Edmondson (b. 1993)

With an HPI of 32.14, Alex Edmondson is the 2nd most famous Malaysian Cyclist.  His biography has been translated into 19 different languages.

Alexander Edmondson (born 22 December 1993) is an Australian road and track cyclist, who currently rides for UCI WorldTeam Team Picnic PostNL. Edmondson was a member of the Australian Olympic Track Cycling team at the 2012 London Olympics, alongside his sister, Annette Edmondson. In 2014 he was world champion in the individual pursuit. He won the silver medal in the team pursuit at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro.

3. Muhammad Shah Firdaus Sahrom (b. 1995)

With an HPI of 30.62, Muhammad Shah Firdaus Sahrom is the 3rd most famous Malaysian Cyclist.  His biography has been translated into 9 different languages.

Muhammad Shah Firdaus bin Sahrom (born 26 November 1995) is a Malaysian professional racing cyclist. He rode in the men's sprint event at the 2018 UCI Track Cycling World Championships, coming in 34th out of 35 cyclists. He participated in both Sprint and Keirin cycling events during the 2020 Tokyo Olympics. He competed at the 2022 Commonwealth Games in the Keirin event where he won a bronze medal and in the sprint event. He competed in the 2024 Paris Olympics, where in the Keirin Final, he finished in sixth place.
