1. Maria Mutola (b. 1972)

Maria de Lurdes Mutola ( mə-REE-ə moo-TOH-lə; born 27 October 1972) is a retired Mozambican female track and field who specialised in the 800 metres running event. She is only the fourth female track and field athlete to compete at six Olympic Games. She is a three-time world champion in this event and a one-time Olympic champion. Although Mutola never broke the world record in her favourite event, she is regarded by many track insiders and fans as one of the greatest 800 metres female runners of all time due to her consistently good results in major championships and her exceptional longevity which saw her compete at the highest level for two decades before retiring from athletics in 2008 at the age of 35. She is also the only athlete ever to have won Olympic, World, World indoor, Commonwealth Games, Continental Games and Continental Championships titles in the same event. She is also the main coach and mentor of Caster Semenya.

Kevin Loforte (born 27 February 1997) is a Mozambican judoka. He competed in the 2020 Summer Olympics. At the 2021 African Judo Championships held in Dakar, Senegal, he won one of the bronze medals in the men's 66 kg event.

Rady Adosinda Gramane (born 11 November 1995) is a Mozambican boxer. She represented Mozambique at the 2018 Commonwealth Games held in Gold Coast, Australia. In the same year, she also competed in the women's middleweight event at the 2018 AIBA Women's World Boxing Championships held in New Delhi, India. Gramane was discovered by Mozambican former Olympic boxer Lucas Sinoia, who invited her to try the sport and became her coach. In 2019, she won the silver medal in the women's middleweight event at the African Games held in Rabat, Morocco. In 2020, she qualified at the African Olympic Qualification Tournament held in Diamniadio, Senegal, to compete at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo, Japan, where she competed in the middleweight category. She was eliminated in her second match by Zemfira Magomedalieva.

Joaquim Lobo (born 6 January 1995 in Maputo) is a Mozambican canoeist. He competed in the men's C-1 200 metres event and the men's C-2 1000 metres event at the 2016 Summer Olympics. He did not qualify for the semifinals in the men's C-1 200m event. Along with partner Mussa Chamaune, he finished in 11th place in the C-2 1000m event. Lobo was the flag bearer for Mozambique during the Parade of Nations. In June 2021, he qualified to represent Mozambique at the 2020 Summer Olympics.

Banlung Tubtimdang (Thai: บัลลังก์ ทับทิมแดง; born 12 September 2005) is a Thai taekwondo practitioner. He won a silver medal at the World Championships in 2023. In September 2023, he won a gold medal at the Asian Games in Hangzhou, China. He was the first Thai male Taekwondo practitioner that won a gold medal at the Asian Games since his coach Chutchawal Khawlaor claimed the title at the 2010 Guangzhou Asian Games.

His personal best in the event is 49.54 seconds set in Marrocos in 2019. He competed in the men's 400 metres hurdles event at the 2020 Summer Olympics.
