Frederick Albert Cook (Hortonville, 10 giugno 1865 – New Rochelle, 5 agosto 1940) è stato un esploratore e medico statunitense. Partecipò, fra il 1897 e il 1899, alla spedizione belga in Antartide, diretta da Adrien de Gerlache. Nel 1906 sostiene di aver raggiunto insieme con Edward Barrill la vetta del Monte McKinley, in Alaska, la montagna più alta del continente nordamericano (6 149 metri).
