Voorhout is a village and former municipality in the western Netherlands, in the province of South Holland. The former municipality covered an area of 12.59 km2 (4.86 sq mi) of which 0.33 km2 (0.13 sq mi) is covered by water, and had a population of 14,792 in 2004.
