Iris Xiomara Castro Sarmiento (Spanish pronunciation: [ˌsjoˈmaɾa ˈkastɾo]; born 30 September 1959), also known as Xiomara Castro de Zelaya, is a Honduran politician who has served as the 56th president of Honduras since January 2022.
