Sapar Zhumakadyrovich Isakov (Kyrgyz: Сапар Жумакадырович (Жумакадыр уулу) Исаков, Sapar Zhumakadyrovich (Zhumakadyr uulu) Isakov; born July 29, 1977) is a Kyrgyz politician who was Prime Minister from 26 August 2017 to 19 April 2018. Previously he was chief of staff for President Almazbek Atambayev. On 19 April 2018 the President of Kyrgyzstan Sooronbai Jeenbekov fired Isakov and the government following a vote of no confidence, which was initiated by three factions in the country's parliament.
