Penelope Mary "Penny" Mordaunt (; born 4 March 1973) is a British former Conservative politician who served as Lord President of the Council and Leader of the House of Commons from 2022 until 2024. She was the Member of Parliament (MP) for Portsmouth North from 2010 to 2024.
