Pedro Virgilio Rocha Franchetti (Spanish pronunciation: [ˈpeðɾo ˈrotʃa]; 3 December 1942 – 2 December 2013) was a Uruguayan footballer who played 52 games for the Uruguay national team between 1961 and 1974.
