Parveena Ahangar (born in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir) is the Founder and Chairperson of Association of Parents of Disappeared Persons (APDP) in Jammu and Kashmir. Parveena Ahangar, was nominated for Nobel Peace Prize 2005 [1].
