El Hadji Baye Oumar Niasse (born 18 April 1990) is a Senegalese professional footballer who most recently played as a forward for Northern Premier League Premier Division club Macclesfield. Niasse has played top-flight football in Senegal, Norway, Turkey, Russia and England.
