He is best known for co-creating (alongside Evelyn Mok) and portraying Uncle Roger, a fictionalized alter ego of himself, representing a stereotypical middle-aged Chinese uncle with an exaggerated Cantonese accent who is often seen critiquing westerners' attempts at cooking Asian food.
