Carlos Luciano da Silva (born 2 August 1975), nicknamed Mineiro, is a Brazilian former professional footballer who played as a defensive midfielder. Despite being from the Brazilian state of Rio Grande do Sul his nickname "Mineiro" was given to him because he inherited from his older brother, which also did a test at Internacional de Porto Alegre but did not follow the career as a footballer, because his brother had a similar playing style with Cláudio Mineiro (who played at Internacional between 1979 and 1980).
