François Bégaudeau (French pronunciation: [fʁɑ̃swa beɡodo]; born 27 April 1971) is a French novelist and essayist. He is best known for co-writing and starring in The Class (2008), a film based on his 2006 semi-autobiographical novel Entre les murs.
