Eseosa Fostine "Fausto" Desalu (Italian pronunciation: [ezeˈoːza ˈfausto deˈzaːlu]; born 19 February 1994) is an Italian sprinter who specialises in the 200 metres winning a silver medal in that event at the 2018 Mediterranean Games and a gold medal in the 4×100 m relay at the 2020 Summer Olympics.
