Symbatios (Greek: Συμβάτιος, from the Armenian Սմբատ), variously also Sabbatios (Σαββάτιος) or Sambates (Σαμβάτης) in some sources, was the eldest son of the Byzantine emperor Leo V the Armenian (r. 813–820).
