Brock Christian Nelson (born October 15, 1991) is an American professional ice hockey player for the Colorado Avalanche of the National Hockey League (NHL). Nelson was drafted 30th overall in the first round of the 2010 NHL entry draft by the New York Islanders. Prior to playing at professional level, Nelson played for the University of North Dakota.
