With an HPI of 37.49, Pat Condell is the most famous Irish Youtuber.  His biography has been translated into 16 different languages on wikipedia.

Patrick Condell (born 23 November 1949) is a British writer, polemicist, and former stand-up comedian. In his early career, he wrote and performed in alternative comedy shows during the 1980s and 1990s in London, winning the Time Out Comedy Award in 1991. He was also a regular panelist on BBC Radio 1's Loose Talk programme. In early 2007 he began uploading to the internet short filmed monologue polemics primarily about religious authority, authoritarianism in government and left-wing politics, and the societal effects of Muslim immigration into Europe, which have featured on the front pages of websites such as YouTube and LiveLeak. They have also been published on DVD, and also as a book of video transcripts. As of April 2023, Condell's YouTube channel has over 338 thousand subscribers, and his uploads over 70 million views.

2. Jacksepticeye (1990 - )

With an HPI of 28.35, Jacksepticeye is the 2nd most famous Irish Youtuber.  His biography has been translated into 28 different languages.

Seán William McLoughlin ( mə-KLOKH-lin; born 7 February 1990), better known online as jacksepticeye, is an Irish YouTuber. Much of McLoughlin's YouTube content centres around gaming and vlogs. As of March 2024, his YouTube channel has accumulated 16.6 billion views and 30.6 million subscribers, making it the 2nd most-subscribed Irish channel on YouTube. Raised in Cloghan, County Offaly in Ireland, McLoughlin played video games from a young age. He started uploading videos to YouTube in December 2012 and his channel grew rapidly in the following years, reaching a million subscribers in 2014 and 10 million by 2016. Throughout 2017, McLoughlin appeared on Disney XD and Irish national television before touring in Europe and the US in 2017 and 2018 for his How Did We Get Here tour and the Game Grumps' Ready Player 3 tour. In 2018, he began streaming exclusive content on Twitch as part of a multi-year deal with Disney Digital Network. He continued to create YouTube videos and appear in live events, including Summer Game Fest in 2020. In 2021, McLoughlin appeared in the film Free Guy starring Ryan Reynolds. The following year, he released a biographical documentary entitled How Did We Get Here? which featured footage from his tour of the same name. McLoughlin is a co-founder of the clothing brand Cloak with fellow YouTuber Markiplier and the founder and owner of the Top of The Mornin' Coffee company. He is also an active philanthropist, participating in multiple fundraisers that have raised tens of millions for charitable organizations, for which he has received awards from organisations such as Save the Children and Junior Chamber International.
