Vladislaus I (Czech: Vladislav I.) (c. 1065 – 12 April 1125) was Duke of Bohemia from 1109 to 1117 and from 1120 until his death.

2. Doubravka of Bohemia (940 - 977)

With an HPI of 56.65, Doubravka of Bohemia is the 2nd most famous Czech Politician.  Her biography has been translated into 23 different languages.

Doubravka of Bohemia, Dobrawa (Czech: Doubravka Přemyslovna, Polish: Dobrawa, Dąbrówka; ca. 940/45 – 977) was a Bohemian princess of the Přemyslid dynasty and by marriage Duchess of the Polans. She was the daughter of Boleslaus I the Cruel, Duke of Bohemia, whose wife may have been the mysterious Biagota. According to earlier sources, Doubravka urged her husband Mieszko I of Poland to accept baptism in 966, the year after their marriage. Modern historians believe, however, that the change of religion by Mieszko was one of the points discussed in the Polish-Bohemian agreement concluded soon before his marriage with Doubravka. Her role in his conversion is not considered now to be as important as it is often represented in medieval chronicles.

3. Frederick, Duke of Bohemia (1142 - 1189)

With an HPI of 55.72, Frederick, Duke of Bohemia is the 3rd most famous Czech Politician.  His biography has been translated into 20 different languages.

Frederick (Czech: Bedřich) (c. 1142 – 25 March 1189), a member of the Přemyslid dynasty, was Duke of Bohemia from 1172 to 1173 and again from 1178 to his death.
