1. Tribonian (475 - 542)

With an HPI of 63.89, Tribonian is the most famous Turkish Lawyer.  His biography has been translated into 33 different languages on wikipedia.

Tribonian (Greek: Τριβωνιανός [trivonia'nos], c. 485?–542) was a Byzantine jurist and advisor. During the reign of the Emperor Justinian I, he supervised the revision of the legal code of the Byzantine Empire. He has been described as one of the wisest collaborators of Justinian. Tribonian was a Greek from Cyme, who studied law in Constantinople, where he became the most renowned legal scholar of his day. He was a close friend of Emperor Justinian, who appointed him to head the commission that compiled the Codex Justinianus and the Digest. Justinian also appointed Tribonian to high offices in the imperial administration, such as magister officiorum and quaestor sacri palatii, but at the beginning of the Nika riots he was forced to dismiss him on charges made by his enemies. Tribonian died in 542 of a disease, perhaps the plague.

2. Asad ibn al-Furat (759 - 828)

With an HPI of 52.66, Asad ibn al-Furat is the 2nd most famous Turkish Lawyer.  His biography has been translated into 17 different languages.

Asad Ibn Al-Furat (Arabic: أسد بن الفرات; c.759 – c.828) was a Muslim jurist and theologian in Ifriqiya, who played an important role in the Arab conquest of Sicily.

3. Seyran Ateş (1963 - )

With an HPI of 38.10, Seyran Ateş is the 3rd most famous Turkish Lawyer.  Her biography has been translated into 15 different languages.

Seyran Ateş (born 20 April 1963) is a German lawyer and a Muslim feminist. She founded the Ibn Ruschd-Goethe mosque in 2017, as Germany's first liberal place of worship for Muslims. Ateş is best known for challenging conventional ideas in Islamic teaching by opening a mosque in Berlin which breaks with traditionalist precepts of what being a Muslim means.
