Sergey Richter (Hebrew: סרגיי ריכטר; Russian: Серге́й Рихтер; born 23 April 1989) is a Ukrainian-born Israeli Olympic sport shooter. He shares the junior world record in the 10 metre air rifle, and was the 2009 ISSF World Cup champion. He competed on behalf of Israel at the 2012 Summer Olympics in London, for Israel at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, and for Israel at the 2020 Summer Olympics in Tokyo.
