Rika Fukami (深見 梨加, Fukami Rika, born August 8, 1963) is a Japanese voice actress, narrator and singer. Born in Kyoto Prefecture and raised in Chichibu, Saitama, she was originally a competitor at the NHK Cup National High School Broadcasting Contest while studying at Saitama Prefectural Chichibu High School, before joining Dojinsha Productions and debuting as a voice actress in Tokimeki Tonight.
