Lilia Igorevna Akhaimova (Russian: Лилия Игоревна Ахаимова, IPA: [ˈlʲilʲɪɪ̯ə ɐxɐˈiməvə], born 17 March 1997) is a Russian retired artistic gymnast. She represented the Russian Olympic Committee at the 2020 Summer Olympics and won a gold medal in the team event.
