Jacob Baradaeus (; Greek: Ἰάκωβος Βαραδαῖος; Arabic: مار يعقوب البرادعي; Syriac: ܝܥܩܘܒ ܒܘܪܕܥܝܐ, romanized: Yaʿqub Burdʿoyo), also known as Jacob bar Addai or Jacob bar Theophilus, was the Bishop of Edessa from 543/544 until his death in 578.
