Hanna Vitalyevna Prakatsen (pronounced [ˈxanːə ˈprakətsɨn]; Russian: Анна Витальевна Пракатень, romanized: Anna Vitalyevna Prakaten, IPA: [ˈanːə ˈprakətʲɪnʲ]; born 6 September 1992) is a Belarusian-born rower.
