Arsites (Old Persian: *R̥šitaʰ; Ancient Greek: Ἀρσίτης Arsítēs; Persian: آرستیس) was Persian satrap of Hellespontine Phrygia in the Achaemenid Empire in the 4th century BC. The operation was successful and prevented a further advance of Philip into Asia Minor.
