1. Peter Blangé (b. 1964)

With an HPI of 40.26, Peter Blangé is the most famous Dutch Volleyball Player.  His biography has been translated into 15 different languages on wikipedia.

Peter Blangé (born 9 December 1964) is a retired volleyball player from the Netherlands who represented his native country in four consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1988 in Seoul. Four years later, he helped the Dutch national team win the silver medal in the 1992 Olympics in Barcelona. Blangé then won the gold medal with the national team in the 1996 Olympics in Atlanta by defeating Italy in the final. His final Olympic appearance as an athlete was in the 2000 Olympics in Sydney, where he played his 500th game with the Dutch team. He was a setter. In 2012, Blangé was inducted into the International Volleyball Hall of Fame.

2. Bas van de Goor (b. 1971)

With an HPI of 38.52, Bas van de Goor is the 2nd most famous Dutch Volleyball Player.  His biography has been translated into 16 different languages.

Sebastiaan Jacques Henri "Bas" van de Goor (born 4 September 1971) is a retired volleyball player from the Netherlands who represented his native country at two consecutive Summer Olympics, starting in 1996 in Atlanta. Van de Goor was elected twice as the most valuable player of the Olympics (1996 and 2000). He was a middle blocker. At van de Goor's Olympic debut, he won the gold medal, alongside his younger brother and three-time Olympian, Mike, by defeating arch rivals Italy (3–2) in the final. Four years later, he ended up in fifth place at the 2000 Summer Olympics in Sydney. While representing the Netherlands, van de Goor won a silver medal at the 1994 FIVB World Championship in Greece. He also won silver medals at the 1993 and 1995 European Championship, and a gold medal at the 1997 European Championship. Van de Goor's national volleyball coach Joop Alberda referred to him as the "Michael Jordan of volleyball". In 2018, van de Goor was inducted into the International Volleyball Hall of Fame.

Ingrid Louise Visser (4 June 1977 – 14 May 2013) was a Dutch female volleyball player, a member of the Netherlands women's national volleyball team in 1994–2011, a participant of the 1996 Olympic Games and 1995 European Champion.

Anne Elise Buijs (born December 2, 1991) is a Dutch volleyball player. She has been a member of the Women's National Team since 2008. She is the daughter of Internacional coach and ex-volleyball player Teun Buijs, who trained her for several clubs in her career. Her mother and older brother were also volleyball players. She currently plays for Italian club Reale Mutua Chieri.

Robin de Kruijf (born 5 May 1991) is a Dutch volleyball player for Imoco Volley and Netherlands national team. Robin de Kruijf made her debut in the Dutch national team in the Dutch opening match of the Montreux Volley Masters against Cuba in June 2008 at the age of 22. In 2016 De Kruijf and her team won bronze in the World Grand Prix and ended on a historical fourth place in the Rio Olympics.

Sanne Keizer (born 6 February 1985) is a Dutch beach volleyball player who plays as a right-side defender with her partner Madelein Meppelink. Her career highlights include two gold, two silver and four bronze medals on the FIVB World Tour. She is a two-time European Champion and she represented the Netherlands at the 2012 Summer Olympics, finishing ninth with Marleen van Iersel. Keizer took up indoor volleyball at the age of 11 and spent several years playing in the Dutch volleyball leagues. She competed in her first international beach volleyball event in 2002 and became the inaugural U18 World Champion the same year. Keizer debuted on the World Tour the following year. For the next eight seasons, she had limited international success competing with three different partners. Her breakthrough came at the end of 2008 when she teamed up with van Iersel. The pair entered the top ten of the world rankings the year after and medalled on the World Tour five times in total, including their first World Tour title in 2011. They continued to play together until Keizer retired from beach volleyball at the end of 2013. After a four-year hiatus, Keizer returned to full-time competition partnered with Meppelink. Having been a blocker in the first leg of her career, she came back as a defender instead. Keizer and Meppelink found success quickly, medalling on the World Tour twice in their first season together and winning the 2018 European Championships.

8. Agripina Kundu (b. 1993)

Agripina Kundu (born 24 April 1993) is a Kenyan volleyball player, playing as a libero. She is part of the Kenya women's national volleyball team. She participated at the 2014 FIVB Volleyball World Grand Prix. On club level she played for Kenya Pipeline Company in 2014 after a company director offered her a permanent job at the end of a match. In the same year she began to represent her country at volleyball. She was chosen to represent Kenya at the 2020 Summer Olympics. Mercy Moim was chosen to captain Kenya's team. It was the first time that Kenya had qualified fot the Olympics since 2003. It was a similar team to the one that competed at the 2019 FIVB Volleyball World Cup as it had eight players in common. These were Jane Wacu, blocker Edith Mukuvilani, Emmaculate Chemtai, Sharon Chepchumba, Mercy Moim, Leonida Kasaya, Lorine Chebet and Kundu. The team were trained additionally by Luizomar de Moura of Brazil. The team lost their first match against Japan in straight sets.
