Axayacatl (pron. asciaiàcatl; nahuatl: Āxāyacatl, Maschera di acqua o faccia di acqua; fl. XV secolo) fu un sovrano (tlatoani) della popolazione precolombiana degli Aztechi e regnò sulla città di Tenochtitlán dal 1469 al 1481.
