Clements Robert Markham, né le 20 juillet 1830 à Stillingfleet dans le Yorkshire et mort le 30 janvier 1916 à Londres, est un fonctionnaire, géographe, explorateur et écrivain britannique. Il est secrétaire de la Royal Geographical Society (RGS) entre 1863 et 1888, puis président de l'institution pendant douze années. Durant cette dernière position, il est principalement responsable de l'organisation de l'expédition Discovery (1901-1904), ainsi que du lancement de la carrière d'explorateur polaire de Robert Falcon Scott.
