Tisulsky District is an administrative district (raion), one of the nineteen in Kemerovo Oblast, Russia. As a municipal division, it is incorporated as Tisulsky Municipal District. It is located in the east of the oblast. The area of the district is 8,100 square kilometers (3,100 sq mi). Its administrative center is the urban locality of Tisul.
