Álex Márquez Alentà (born 23 April 1996) is a Grand Prix motorcycle rider from Spain racing for Ducati satellite team Gresini Racing MotoGP. He has competed in MotoGP since the 2020 season, having previously become World Champion in the 2019 Moto2 season. He also won the 2014 Moto3 World Championship, and the 2012 CEV Moto3 season's title. Álex is the younger brother of Marc Márquez, who competes with the Honda works team in MotoGP.
