Zlatko Lagumdžija (born 26 December 1955) is a Bosnian diplomat and former politician who is the current Permanent Representative of Bosnia and Herzegovina to the United Nations. He previously served as Chairman of the Council of Ministers of Bosnia and Herzegovina from 2001 to 2002. Lagumdžija also served as Minister of Foreign Affairs from 2001 to 2002 and from 2012 to 2015. Read more on Wikipedia
