Pierre Maurice Marie Duhem (French: [pjɛʁ mɔʁis maʁi dy.ɛm, – moʁ-] ; 9 June 1861 – 14 September 1916) was a French theoretical physicist who worked on thermodynamics, hydrodynamics, and the theory of elasticity.
