Giuseppe Baresi (Italian pronunciation: [dʒuˈzɛppe baˈreːzi; -eːsi]; born 7 February 1958) is an Italian football manager and former player, who played as a defender or as a defensive midfielder. He currently works as a technical assistant at Inter Milan. Baresi spent the majority of his 18-year career with Italian club Internazionale, before retiring in 1994 after two seasons with Modena.
