Edson René Braafheid (born 8 April 1983) is a Dutch footballer who currently plays as a left-back for amateur club Palm Beach Stars. Braafheid started his career with Eredivisie side Utrecht in 2003, before moving on to FC Twente in 2007 on a free transfer.
