1. Pablo Pozo (b. 1973)

With an HPI of 38.69, Pablo Pozo is the most famous Chilean Referee.  His biography has been translated into 24 different languages on wikipedia.

Pablo Antonio Pozo Quinteros (born March 27, 1973) is a former Chilean football referee. In 2008 Pozo refereed in the Beijing Olympics and the FIFA Club World Cup in Japan. In the 2010 FIFA World Cup in South Africa Pozo became the first Chilean to referee a World Cup since Mario Sanchez Yanten participated in the 1998 World Cup in France. He was originally scheduled to take charge of the first-round match between Algeria and Slovenia in Johannesburg on Sunday, 13 June, but suffered an injury several days beforehand. FIFA named Carlos Batres of Guatemala as his replacement. On June 18, FIFA designated him as the referee for the Group G match between Portugal and Korea DPR in Cape Town Stadium, Cape Town on Monday, June 21. Three days later he officiated in a Group E game between Cameroon and the Netherlands at the same venue. His last game as a referee was a match between Audax Italiano and Unión Española on December 19, 2010.

2. Enrique Osses (b. 1974)

With an HPI of 35.32, Enrique Osses is the 2nd most famous Chilean Referee.  His biography has been translated into 18 different languages.

Enrique Roberto Osses Zencovic (born May 26, 1974) is a football referee from Chile for Asociación Nacional de Fútbol Profesional de Chile (ANFP) and CONMEBOL. Osses has officiated international matches which include the 2011 Copa América, Copa Sudamericana, Copa Libertadores, 2010 and 2014 South American World Cup qualifiers, and the 2009 South American Youth Championship. In 2005, he sent off 21 players in 16 league games. During a 2005 match that faced San Felipe against Unión Española, the latter's goalkeeper Ignacio González received his second yellow card, and consequently a red card. Upset by this, González brought Osses to the ground after hitting him in the face. Afterwards the player was held in police custody for two hours. He faced a ban of up to 50 matches, which he did not serve because he left the team, to play in Argentina. In March 2013, FIFA named Osses to its list of 52 candidate referees for the 2014 FIFA World Cup in Brazil. Since March 2021, he works as Director of Training for the Referee Committee for the Mexican Football Federation.

Julio Alberto González Bascuñán (born 11 June 1978) is a Chilean football referee. He has refereed matches in the 2015 and 2016 Copa América, and served as an arbitrator for the final stages of the 2018 FIFA World Cup.
