1. Şehzade Mehmed (1522 - 1543)

Şehzade Mehmed (Ottoman Turkish: شاهزاده محمد; September 1522 – 7 November 1543) was an Ottoman prince, son of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent and his wife Hürrem Sultan. He served as governor of Manisa.

2. Fatma Sultan (1500 - 1573)

With an HPI of 69.44, Fatma Sultan is the 2nd most famous Turkish Nobleman.  Her biography has been translated into 22 different languages.

Fatma Sultan (Ottoman Turkish: فاطمہ سلطان) was an Ottoman princess, daughter of Selim I. She was the sister of Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent. Fatma's first husband was Mustafa Pasha, the governor-general of Antalya. He, however, turned out to be homosexual. In a letter written to her father, she expresses her distress. She complains that her husband's open display of homosexual tendencies deeply offends her, saying, "My royal padishah, I have not smiled for one day, for one hour since my coming here one year ago... I am going mad as if I were a widow. My royal sultan, my dearest dad, my state cannot be expressed with a pen."After divorce from Mustafa Pasha, Fatma married Kara Ahmed Pasha. He began his career as a vizier. In 1553, he became grand vizier of the Ottoman Empire until his execution in 1555.Fatma commissioned a mosque in Topkapı, near the mosque of her husband Ahmed Pasha, where she is buried.

Ismihan Sultan (Ottoman Turkish: اسمیخان سلطان, "Purity of the Khan" or "Highness of the Khan"; also Esmehan Sultan; Manisa, 1545 – Costantinople, 8 August 1585,) was an Ottoman princess, daughter of Sultan Selim II (reign 1566–74) and of the his favorite, Haseki and legal wife Nurbanu Sultan. She was the granddaughter of Suleiman the Magnificent (reign 1520–66) and his favourite consort and legal wife Hürrem Sultan, sister of Sultan Murad III (reign 1574–95) and aunt of Sultan Mehmed III (reign 1595–1603).

Tasasız Raziye Sultan (Ottoman Turkish: راضیہ سلطان; 'carefree' and 'acceptance, submission') was an Ottoman princess, the daughter of Ottoman Sultan Suleiman the Magnificent and an unknown concubine. According to Leslie P. Peirce, she was probably the princess who died in 1520 along with her half brothers Şehzade Mahmud and Şehzade Murad of an infectious disease, perhaps of smallpox. However, according to Hüseyin Husâmeddin Yasar's book Amasya Tarihi, Raziye was the daughter of Şehzade Mustafa. She is buried at the Yahya Efendi's Tekke in Beşiktaş, Istanbul.

5. Theodora Komnene, Duchess of Austria (1134 - 1184)

Theodora Komnene (Greek: Θεοδώρα ἡ Κομνηνή, born circa 1134, died 2 January 1184), Latinized Theodora Comnena, was a daughter of the Byzantine prince Andronikos Komnenos and his wife, Eirene (?Aineiadissa). Based on the writings of Niketas Choniates, it is likely Theodora was Andronikos' second daughter. The year of Theodora's birth is unknown.

Simonida Nemanjić (Serbian Cyrillic: Симонида Немањић; c. 1294 – after 1336), born Simonis Palaiologina (Greek: Σιμωνίς Παλαιολογίνα, sr. Симонида Палеолог, Simonida Paleolog), was a Byzantine princess and queen consort of the Kingdom of Serbia as the fifth wife of Serbian king Stefan Milutin (r. 1282–1321). She was a daughter of the Byzantine Emperor Andronikos II Palaiologos (r. 1282–1328) and Irene of Montferrat. In Medieval Serbia Simonida is best remembered as a patron of the Arts, Music and Literature.

Sittişah Mukrime Hatun (Ottoman Turkish: ست شاہ خاتون; "Keeper/Protector of the Şah'' and "hospitable"; c. 1430 - September 1486), know also as Sitti Hatun, was a Turkish princess, and the legal wife of Sultan Mehmed the Conqueror of the Ottoman Empire.

8. Maria of Amnia (770 - 823)

With an HPI of 51.90, Maria of Amnia is the 8th most famous Turkish Nobleman.  Her biography has been translated into 18 different languages.

Maria of Amnia (Greek: Μαρία, 770 – after 823) was a Byzantine empress, the first wife of Constantine VI. She was a granddaughter of Saint Philaretos, a magnate from the Armeniakon Theme known for his charitable activities, a relation mentioned in his hagiography. The name of her father is unknown and her mother has been identified as Hypatia by Christian Settipani. Maria was born in Amnia, Paphlagonia.
